Mike Korth, SmartHome Support

Company founder, Mike Korth, spent several years working in the smart home technology industry before stepping out to create his own personal service company. When Mike first started, many of the technologies available were not practical for someone like himself. More recently, the doors of smart homes have opened to people other than the top income earners. During this time, Mike recognized a segment of the industry that is rarely filled: service. He says, “I not only love what I do, but I want my customers to feel like they get what they pay for AND are comfortable enough to call me anytime with questions.”

Some of the technologies from early days in smart home technology were built to last. However, developers and manufacturers have moved on and discontinued many of the replacement “widgets” for these systems. Part of what we do is help these people get the most out of their initial investment (which at the time was substantial). Our goal is to offer service and support for existing systems, while providing the option to offer a full line for a new system from the top down!
